The CentarNekretnina web site is owned by Tau on-line Ltd.
The CentarNekretnina web site originally began as the real estate category of KupiProdaj!, one of the largest classified ad web sites in Croatia. Because the number of ads steadily continued to grow, the KupiProdaj! real estate category became a separate website entitled CentarNekretnina in August 2006. Soon after, the vehicle category outgrew its original web site and the 4Kotača web site was established. Both of these web sites, along with KupiProdaj!, are now part of the KupiProdaj! Group.
In March 2007, the shares of KupiProdaj! and the entire web site affiliation have been acquired by Daily Mail and General Trust (DMGT), one of the largest and most successful media companies in Great Britain.
The mission of the CentarNekretnina web site is to become the center of real estate market in Croatia, and provide the largest offer of real estate in one place.
